You first need a tool call Video Download Studio. Download video tutorial Convert video tutorial
Fowllow this step.
1.Download the YouTube music which your like to set it to a ringtone.
2. Convert to the cell phone format. I think cell phone support mp3.
All this can be done with Video Download Studio.
This is not enough. if you need a high quality ringtone, you should cut any useless part of the song, Just reserve highlights of the music.
By the way, you are not only enables to trim the file, if it is a video file you can also crop the file with Video Download Studio.
